As we adjust to our “new normal” amid the worldwide coronavirus outbreak many of us will be self-isolating at home, shopping less and cooking more.
Winner has been sharing different, easy recipes with ordinary ingredients on her Instagram to help her followers wondering what to cook while self-isolating with less visits to the supermarket.
And now Lisa, along with her husband John Torode, has shared a fabulous no-yeast pizza dough recipe as many of us may be having difficulty finding yeast at the moment.

“Today we’re going to make pizza, ” she says in the video and John adds: “It usually needs yeast but we don’t have it so we’re going to use yogurt.”
“We’re using 250 grams of self-raising flour but if you can’t find it, use plan flour but put a big teaspoon, maybe two, of baking powder.”
“This dough is fantastic, what’s great about it? A, you don’t have to wait for the yeast to work, but also it can be used for flatbread.”

John Torode made a basic tomato sauce from an onion and a tin of tomatoes, which they will use as a pasta sauce too.
One fan wrote: “Absolutely love these videos ! We have had to isolate as my husband is feeling unwell. With a 12 & 15 year old in the house this is Food Tech and lunch sorted. Thanks so much.”
