Ham, Spinach And Potato Pizza Recipe
Ever since going gluten-free this past January, the main thing I can't seem to find a good replacement for is pizza. Good pizza when you're gluten-free, is hard to find! #thestruggleisreal I've tried so many mixes, frozen crusts, & home-made blends. Not one gave me that crunchy crust and chewy-ish center reminiscent of traditional pizza. That darn gluten seems to have cornered the market on good pizza! I'm happy to say though, that the Chebe Bread Pizza Crust Mix has provided me with the closest thing yet to the traditional pizza I miss so much! The crust got super crunchy and yet the center was still quite chewy! I called it a win! My husband tried it and agreed, it was the best option we've tried so far. Win, win!
Author's note 6/28/20: Since the first posting of this recipe, I've also found another great method for making gluten-free pizza... that actually tastes like pizza! Be sure to check out that post, too!
Since I knew no one else would really be eating the pizza with me, I went full on fancy. There's no way you'd catch my kids eating
Grilled Greek Chicken Pizza With Feta And Spinach
, but I've always loved making this pizza for myself. While recipe testing, I discovered two tips for using the Chebe Pizza Crust: 1. pre-bake the dough and 2. don't forget to poke holes with a fork! I skipped that step the first time and I had such a large hole, it was hard to put toppings on it! But I did wonder if it could somehow make a good pita!
While this pizza looks fancy, it could not be simpler to make! First things first, sauté the spinach. This takes like 2 minutes. I added some garlic and red pepper flakes.
Once you've sautéed the spinach, you'll get the dough ready. Which was also very simple! Mix the dough, then knead for a couple minutes. Roll it out on parchment paper and pre-bake it. Once it is done with the pre-bake, it's time for toppings. Brush it with a tad more olive oil, then layer on the cheese, spinach, and chopped garlic. After that, it goes back in the oven to finish baking. When it comes out of the oven, finish it off with red pepper flakes and a squeeze of lemon! Yes, lemon! It adds just the right touch!

Mozzarella cheese:whole-milk mozzarella in water is the best and what I always use for my pizza recipes, but it’s important to not overload the pizzawith it. Alternatively, shredded firm mozzarella works just fine.
Feta: the tangy feta with its bold flavor pairs beautifully with the juicy spinach. I use the block of feta, it’s convenient and tastes better than the crumbled option. But feel free to skip the feta if you wish, or use a mix of ricotta and parmesan cheese instead, but make this spinach pizza anyway!
Extra virgin olive oil:It’s definitely the best for flavor and nutrition, packed with antioxidants and full of fruity flavor. This is the ONLY condiment for pizza (

Although this spinach pizza is delicious as it is, I’ve tried a few add-ins that I loved! What to use instead of a pizza stone? Each oven usually has a rimmed baking sheet or a large cookie sheet that you can simply invert it and place on the lowest shelf of your oven before you preheat it. When the baking sheet is right-side up, taking the pizza in and out of the oven will be easier and the preheated baking sheet will make a nice and crisp pizza crust
How to measure flour? I use both US cups and grams. The cups of flour are leveled, which means you have to fill the measuring cup all the way to the top letting the flour flow over a little. Then, use the back of a knife to level the top off. However, a digital scale is an excellent kitchen tool and gives a more correct weight.

Spinach And Three Cheese Pizza Recipe
This easy vegetarian pizza has almost everything you’d find on a real Florentine pizza, like spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and garlic. It’s also really simple to put together thanks to the store-bought pizza dough and lack of red pizza sauce (olive oil is all you need).
Pizza dough - You can use any ready-made dough or your favorite homemade recipe. I’ve always had great results using the ready-to-bake pizza dough from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.
Olive oil - You won’t find a traditional pizza sauce on this cheesy spinach pizza. All you need is a thin layer of olive oil on the crust. If you don’t have olive oil, use vegetable oil or avocado oil instead.
Cauliflower Crust Spinach Pizza
Spinach - The spinach is sauteed before being layered onto the pizza in order to remove all of the moisture and bring out its deep flavor. For this reason, fresh spinach is best. If all you have is frozen spinach, let it thaw completely and dry it really well by blotting it with a clean kitchen towel.
Ricotta cheese - There’s a little bit of Italy in every bite of this Florentine-inspired pizza and it’s mostly thanks to the ricotta. This soft, creamy, and sweet cheese is mixed with the sauteed spinach before being layered onto the dough.

Step 1: Prep the dough. Start by rolling out the pizza dough and laying it over a
