Pizza. It’s one of our favorite forms of junk food with its cheesy, carby deliciousness overloaded with enough toppings to check off every major food group. Let’s be honest though, you probably feel pretty crappy after that fourth slice. This Greek recipe is for you! It’s quick and easy to make, full of fresh flavors and still comfortingly delicious. Plus, this pizza has lots of lovely Greek-ish ingredients, especially after it’s topped off with a balsamic and olive oil dressing. Not only does it taste amazing, it’s also pretty darn posh! 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pizza base on a baking tray and brush with one tablespoon of olive oil. Top with the mozzarella and cheddar, then sprinkle on the oregano and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10-14 minutes until the pizza base and cheese are golden brown.
