I grilled the pizza, because I’m on a total grilling kick these days, but thepizza can just as easily bebaked in the oven. You can make homemade pizza dough for the crust, or purchase the crust in the store, depending on the time you have available.
Cook the chicken. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Toss chicken breasts in buffalo sauce and place them on the grill. Grill for 10-12 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then dice.
Start with the pizza base. Combine the cream cheese and blue cheese dressing together in a small bowl and spread it on the pizza crust.

Grill the pizza. Place the prepared pizza on the grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. You can put the pizza directly on the grates, on top of foil, or a grill-safe baking stone.
Or, bake the pizza in the oven. If you do not want to grill the pizza, place it on a baking stone or baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.

This recipe uses Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing as the sauce. The dressing adds a great tangy flavor and of course chunks of blue cheese because more cheese is always better!
We all know that a great creamy dressing pairs perfectly with buffalo wings (and helps to cool the heat a little bit)! Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing is great on this pizza too!

CHEESE This pizza is covered in loads of gooey, melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese, but feel free to mix it up and add cheddar or blue cheese crumbles as great options.
The Best Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip
TOPPINGS Shredded or leftover chopped cooked chicken tossed with buffalo sauce give this pizza a traditional buffalo chicken wing flavor. Add sliced red onions, green bell peppers, or your other favorite toppings.
It’s that easy! Once the pizza has cooled a bit, garnish with chopped cilantro & sliced green onion, and an extra drizzle of dressing.
