The Best Chicken Pizza Recipe
This gluten-free pizza base makes three single-serve pizzas and works for each of the recipes. Prepare it ahead of time (it takes about two hours), then top and go.
Mix all of the ingredients together and then blend for 5 minutes to form a paste. This dough is softer than traditional recipes and needs to be left resting for 2 hours to allow it to rise.
Once risen, form the dough into a 1 cm-thick circle on a baking tray before baking for approximately 5 minutes at 210°C. Then add your topping of choice and bake again.

1. Blitz the sauce ingredients. Grill the courgettes for 5 minutes on each side. Blanch the broccoli and beans for 3 minutes, drain and dry.
