Of course, you won’t always have the right ingredients on hand for these recipes, but meat and mushrooms are fairly common in expeditions. Grill them up and eat them to heal in emergency situations.

If you’re up against a tough opponent, it might be a good idea to buff yourself up with some damage food. Use one of the following recipes:

Some crit foods increase the chance that you will score a critical hit with your weapon, but most of them actually boost your crit while gathering. When you’re logging, for example, a crit can help you get more wood from the same tree.

Need even more gathering buffs for a massive expedition? These foods increase the speed of gathering so that you can get more stuff in a lesser amount of time. Some of them even increase your crit chance.

In case you plan to travel for long stretches of time, you might want to improve your movement speed to make the trip shorter. This can also help you run away from tough zombies successfully when you’re in an area above your level.
